Shobha’s journey into the culinary world began in 1980 after completing her Hotel Management Diploma. Her curiosity for exploring diverse techniques and ingredients inspired her to craft original recipes spanning Indian and Western cuisines. With a focus on perfecting her skills, she laid the foundation for her cookery classes in Pune.
