She holds the remarkable distinction of being the record holder for conducting the "Largest Cooking Lesson" in Indore, where she taught an astonishing 3900 participants over a hundred dishes, a feat duly certified by the Golden Book of World Records.

The one month cookery course was conducted two times a year: one in May and the other one in September with each batch having an intake of more than 400 Students per batch.
In tune with the changing times, Shobha Indani's Cookery Classes have transitioned into the digital realm. Through webinars and online workshops, she continues to impart her culinary knowledge to a wider audience. Her daughters-in-law, Mital and Anuradha Indani, have been instrumental in the success of the classes, specializing in cake icing and salad decoration, respectively.
